Refund policy

Digital products: all sales final

 

All Listing Lab products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because you get immediate access to the full files, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except where required by law.

 

Problems with your download? If your file won't open, your download link doesn't arrive, or anything isn't working, email us at tju.davis@gmail.com and we'll fix it quickly or send you a new link.

 

Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally bought the same product twice, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund the duplicate order.

 

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer laws of your country.
